After the harvesting, the believers thank God for the rich harvest. In more rural regions, the churches are decorated with crops, grains and fruits. There are occasional Thanksgiving processions with floats and bands. The processions in Fürth and Clarholz are well-known. The people in the USA traditionally eat a turkey on Thanksgiving and are thankful for success and everything good.
