Constitution Day
On the occasion of the signing of the constitution in the year 1814, the Norwegians celebrate their Grunnlovsdagen on 17 May. Parades for children and other citizens accompanied by bands take place in lots of cities. This day is basically targeted on children with lots of games and sweets.
