The history of the "Nebula Festival" goes back on the fable of a general who put his enemies to rout with drums, flutes and oversized wild war figures. As a tradition developed, which includes letting small wooden boxes swim on the water surface. These small rafts are wrapped in paper and have a small candle on the inside. Every single raft has a special meaning and embodies different magically figures.
